Questions and answers
Do I need to bring my own lock?
No. A disc lock is included free with every online rental and it's waiting inside your unit.
How short can I rent for?
One month is the minimum. After that it's month-to-month with ten days' notice to move out.
Can someone else access my unit?
Only if you add them in the customer portal. Each authorized person gets their own gate code.
What can't I store?
Anything living, perishable, flammable or illegal. Everything else is fair game.
