I keep every bit of my inventory here. They sign for pallets, the loading dock is never blocked, and I've never once had a delivery go missing.
My grandmother's piano has been in a climate unit for two winters and it came out exactly as it went in. The hallways are spotless and always warm.
Covered spot, easy in and out with a 32 foot coach, and there's a wash bay right there. Only wish is that the dump station had a second hose.

How short can I rent for?
One month is the minimum. After that it's month-to-month with ten days' notice to move out.
Can someone else access my unit?
Only if you add them in the customer portal. Each authorized person gets their own gate code.
What can't I store?
Anything living, perishable, flammable or illegal. Everything else is fair game.
