What RV and boat storage looks like here

Our RV and boat rows are paved, striped, pull-through spots sized from 25 to 45 feet, with 12-foot lanes so you're never threading a trailer between two rigs.

Covered spots sit under a 14-foot steel canopy that keeps snow load and UV off the roof — the two things that age a camper fastest in Minnesota. Open pads cost less and suit boats on trailers that get shrink-wrapped for the season.

Why people choose it

Pull-through spots

Enter one end, leave the other. No spotter, no thirty-point turn with a fifth wheel.

Snow load off the roof

Covered rows carry the snow so your camper's roof and seals don't.

Wash bay on site

Rinse the road salt or the lake water off before you park it for the season.

Dump station

Empty tanks on the way in at Eagan, so you're not driving across town first.

Winter-ready lot

Plowed before gate open, with the RV rows cleared wide enough to get a rig out.

Cheaper than a lot lease

Storage starts at $95 and skips the marina and campground off-season rates.

Is this the right pick?

Yes, if…

  • A travel trailer, fifth wheel or Class A that won't fit the driveway
  • A boat on a trailer through the Minnesota off-season
  • A pontoon that needs a wash before winter
  • Your city or HOA bans RV parking on the street
  • You want the rig plowed out and reachable in spring
  • You'd rather not pay a campground for winter storage

Maybe not, if…

  • Cars, vans and small trailers — vehicle storage is cheaper
  • Living in or sleeping in the rig on site; that's not permitted
  • Rigs needing hookups for extended power
  • Vessels over 45 feet, which we can't accommodate

Quick answers

How long a spot do I need?
Measure bumper to hitch and add three feet. Most travel trailers take a 35-foot spot; a Class A or a fifth wheel with a truck usually needs 45.
Is there a dump station?
Eagan has a dump station and a wash bay available to RV tenants during gate hours at no extra cost.
Can I plug in to charge the batteries?
Covered rows at Eagan have metered 15-amp outlets available as an add-on. It's trickle-charge power, not a campsite hookup.
Do you shrink-wrap boats?
We don't do it ourselves, but managers keep a list of local shops that come to the lot and wrap on site.
Can I get in during the winter?
Yes. RV rows are plowed wide enough to pull a rig out, though we ask for a call ahead after a heavy storm so we can clear your spot first.
Can I sleep in my RV while it's stored?
No. Lots are storage only — no overnight occupancy, generators or extended hookups.
