How do I get my gate code?
It's emailed and texted the moment your lease is signed, and it's always visible in the customer portal.
What's your move-out notice?
Ten days. Give notice in the portal or tell your manager, and we prorate the remaining days.
Do you accept deliveries?
Yes at Maple Grove and Brooklyn Park during office hours. Business renters get a signed receiving log.
Can I add someone to my unit?
Add authorized users yourself in the portal — each one gets their own gate code and access log.
