- Each authorized user gets a personal gate code that timestamps entry and exit. You add and remove people yourself in the portal.
- Is 24-hour access available?
- At Maple Grove, Brooklyn Park and Eagan, yes, for business accounts in good standing. It's a no-cost add-on to the lease.
- Do you offer pricing for multiple units?
- Volume pricing starts at three units at one building, and a district manager handles the account with one consolidated invoice.
- Can I use the address for my business?
- You can receive deliveries here, but units aren't a registered business address and we can't accept legal service on your behalf.
- Can I install shelving or racking?
- Free-standing shelving and racking are welcome. We just ask that nothing gets anchored to the walls, floor or ceiling.
