- What do I need to store a vehicle here?
- Current registration in your name and proof of insurance. We take a copy at move-in and ask for an updated one each renewal.
- Can I work on the vehicle in the unit?
- You can check on it, start it and put a battery tender on it. Oil changes, fluid work and repairs aren't allowed inside the units.
- Do you have electricity for a trickle charger?
- Enclosed vehicle units at Eagan and Brooklyn Park have an outlet available as a small monthly add-on.
- How do covered stalls compare to enclosed?
- Covered keeps snow, hail and sun off but stays open on the sides, and costs roughly half of enclosed. For a daily-driven work van it's usually plenty.
- Is the lot plowed?
- Yes, before 6am gate open, every storm. Managers clear the aprons in front of enclosed vehicle doors by hand.
- Can I store an unregistered project car?
- Not outdoors. Inside an enclosed unit we can discuss it with the manager, but the vehicle still needs to be movable under its own power or on a trailer.
