Three ways to store a vehicle

Enclosed vehicle storage is a standard 10×20 or 10×30 drive-up unit with a door you lock — the most protection, and the option most classic-car owners choose.

Covered stalls sit under a steel canopy that keeps snow, hail and direct sun off the paint. Open stalls are paved, striped spaces inside the gate: the least expensive way to get a vehicle off the street.

Why people choose it

Off the street, out of the rules

No snow-emergency tickets, no HOA letters, no neighbor conversations about the trailer.

Plowed before six

Lots and aprons are cleared before gate open every storm, so you can actually get out.

Cameras and coded gates

Every aisle and gate is recorded 24/7, with your code logging each entry.

Paint protection

Covered and enclosed spots keep hail, sap, salt spray and UV off the finish.

Room to work

Enclosed units have lighting and space to check on the vehicle without an audience.

Month-to-month

Store the convertible for six months and the work trailer year round. Same account.

Is this the right pick?

Yes, if…

  • A second car, classic or convertible that winters indoors
  • A work van or box truck with nowhere to park overnight
  • Utility, landscape or car-hauler trailers
  • Motorcycles and ATVs during the off-season
  • You're deployed, traveling or out of state for a season
  • Your street bans overnight or winter parking

Maybe not, if…

  • RVs and boats over 30 feet — see RV & boat storage
  • Unregistered or non-running project vehicles
  • Vehicles needing mechanical work on site; repairs aren't allowed in units
  • Anything leaking fluids onto the pavement

Quick answers

What do I need to store a vehicle here?
Current registration in your name and proof of insurance. We take a copy at move-in and ask for an updated one each renewal.
Can I work on the vehicle in the unit?
You can check on it, start it and put a battery tender on it. Oil changes, fluid work and repairs aren't allowed inside the units.
Do you have electricity for a trickle charger?
Enclosed vehicle units at Eagan and Brooklyn Park have an outlet available as a small monthly add-on.
How do covered stalls compare to enclosed?
Covered keeps snow, hail and sun off but stays open on the sides, and costs roughly half of enclosed. For a daily-driven work van it's usually plenty.
Is the lot plowed?
Yes, before 6am gate open, every storm. Managers clear the aprons in front of enclosed vehicle doors by hand.
Can I store an unregistered project car?
Not outdoors. Inside an enclosed unit we can discuss it with the manager, but the vehicle still needs to be movable under its own power or on a trailer.
